This is another example of the change of VHIT over time. This older patient was tested twice. Her VENG showed a 80% weakness on the left. There was strong right-beating vibration nystagmus.

There is a lack of change in gain, but movement of predictive saccades earlier in head movement. Not everyone does this -- some patients never change the position of their predictive saccades.
