CT-bilateral SCD

A 38 year old man was diagnosed with bilateral SCD with a CT scan.

Audiometry revealed conductive hyperacusis (i.e. better hearing than normal for bone) on the right side. The one on the left was from first visit, and the one on the right is for 4 years later. There is very little difference.

oVEMP testing showed an enlarged VEMP on the right. The potential was 48 uv on the R, and 7.87 on the L.

oVEMP testing 2 years later showed slight increase in the size of the potential on the right, to 63.
