Previous Physical Therapists who have worked and trained at CDH

Our practice has a large exposure to complex and unusual patients with serious inner ear and brain conditions. Perhaps for this reason, over the years we have had had several other physical therapists work for us. We are proud to note that several have continued to provide sophisticated vestibular physical therapy services elsewhere in the Chicago metropolitan area. We know that these people have had a good grounding in vestibular physical therapy. They include:

  • Tom Lenz, P.T. (Staff physical therapist at Northwestern Memorial Hospital)
  • Kathy Martinez, P.T. (An instructor in the Northwestern University Physical Therapy Program)
  • Tammy Ostrowski, P.T. (Kankakee area)
  • Rupangi Patel, P.T. (Private practice in Schaumberg area)
